Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q
Can Krispy Kreme ship doughnuts to me?
    A

We do not ship our doughnuts because we cannot ensure the freshness and quality of the product after it has been shipped. We would not want our customers to receive inferior doughnuts.

  • Q
Does Krispy Kreme use milk products or eggs in their doughnuts?
    A

Ingredient Information: The only animal by-products used in our doughnuts are eggs (whites and yolks) and dairy products (including milk, butter, yogurt, whey, nonfat milk and nonfat whey). We use vegetable shortening (palm, soybean, and/or cottonseed and canola oil) for zero gram of trans fat per one serving of doughnut. All monoglycerides and diglycerides are vegetable based. Enzymes are also present. The lecithin we use is soy-based. We also use wheat in our doughnuts, including bran, germ, gluten, starch and flour.

  • Q
I have food allergies. Can I find out what ingredients are used in your doughnuts?

  • Q
Do you use sustainable palm oil?
    A

Krispy Kreme is committed to being a strong corporate partner in the communities we serve as we seek to “touch and enhance lives through the joy that is Krispy Kreme”. We recognize the growing social and environmental concerns over palm oil production, and as such, we are working to minimize its use in our products around the world.
